ASE Certification or equivalent credentials.

Minimum 2+ years experience in automotive repair and diagnostics.

Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools, equipment, and technology.

Must have your own tools; the company provides all specialty tools and shop equipment.

Commitment to completing 40+ hours of company-paid training annually.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.

Ability to work both independently  and as part of a team.
